This sub-decree outlines the establishment of the Royal Group Kandal Special Economic Zone, located in the villages of Deum Russey, Tonsaay Kiech, Samra, Anlong Pring, and Ten in Deum Russey Commune, Kandal Stueng District, Kandal Province. The Royal Group Kandal Special Economic Zone spans an area of 1,145,645 square meters (one million one hundred forty-five thousand six hundred forty-five square meters), as indicated in the attached location plan and boundary coordinates table, which have been approved by the relevant ministries and are annexed to this sub-decree.
