Cutting a total land of 8,078 ha in Ponkro and Svay Chrum communes of Rolea Bphea district, Kbal Tuek, Krang Sdar and Choung Mung communes of Tuek Phos district, and Tbeng Kpos commune of Samki Meanchey district in Kampong Chhnang province: 339 ha from former Sery Enterprise; 5,400 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; 2,045 ha from Mean Kor-Hun Sen Paper Tree Nursery Station; and 294 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 7,598 ha as state private land for granting donoation of ownership to 3,069 families; and reserving 480 ha as state public land.
