Decision No 07/2006/QĐ-TTg on the Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Extremely Difficult Communes in Ethnic, Mountainous, Boundary and Remote Areas 2006-2010

The decision aims to create a rapid change in production, promote agricultural economics restructuring towards market led production ; improve and enhance the material and spiritual life for ethnic minorities in extremely difficult communes, villages in a sustainable manner, reducing development gap among ethnic groups and regions throughout the country .
