Law on Alcoholic Control, 2014 [Lao PDR]

This law determines the principles, regulations and measures on the control, management, monitoring, and supervision of the production, import, sales, advertisement of alcoholic beverage, to ensure a good health and livelihood and protect life and assets from negative effects of alcoholic beverage, aimed at decreasing unhealthy consumption, throw-away spending, and other negative impacts, so that all can effectively contribute to the protection and development of the nation.
