Sub-decree No. 15 on the reclassification of state public property to the state private property

This sub-decree classifies some places as state private property as following location:

• 14,205.08 square meters, located in village 1, Sangkat Khsam, Kampong Chhnang city, Kampong Chhnang province of the department of Mines and Energy of Kampong Chhnang province.
• The location of the 632-square-meter bus parking lot is located in Phum Prek, Sangkat Chbar Ampov I, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh, of Phnom Penh capital administration.
• Land location of Preah Sihanouk provincial department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, size 19,913 square meters, located in village 5, Sangkat 4, Khan Mittapheap, Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province.
• The location of the concession area of ​​3,997,569.50 square meters of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is located in Sramor commune, Cheung Prey district, Kampong Cham province.
• The location of the concession area of of 5,018,466.20 square meters of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Sramor commune, Cheung Prey district, Kampong Cham province.
