The proceedings of presentations, panel discussions and small group discussions undertaken during a 2014 consultation following Cambodia's Universal Periodic Review. The aim of the consultation, organised by CCHR and OHCHR, was that attendees would have a better understanding of the UPR process, as well as how to effectively lobby the Royal Government of Cambodia to implement the accepted recommendations.
