An advance version of documentation on cases examined by the Special Rapporteur between June 2009 and July 2010. In accordance with his mandate, the Special Rapporteur has sent numerous communications to Governments transmitting information received by him of cases of alleged human rights violations. The Annex includes the contents of the communications between the Special Rapporteur and Governments relating to these issues. The report includes information on the situation concerning development in and around Cambodia's Prey Lang Forest; and Thailand's alleged forcible return of Lao Hmong from Thailand to Laos.
