Scorecard of the implementation of Cambodia Millennium Development Goals (CMDG) at sub-national levels by capital, provinces, municipalities, districts, khans in year 2012

The Working Group of Decentralization and Deconcentration and Sethkomar (WGDDS) of Ministry of Planning has studied and presented questionnaires for collecting raw data and transforming it in the computer systems for Capital, Provinces (CP), Municipalities, Districts and Khans (MDK) and C/S of database. This WGDDS has also expended regular efforts in delivering trainings to CP planning officers and relevant stakeholders for them to become master trainers, and capable officers in support of C/S councils. The Commune Database (CDB) has been established and purposed to respond to the needs of Commune-Sangkat (C/S) in the process of C/S development planning and investment programming as well as decision-making. The CDB collection is regularly conducted in the last half of December of every year.
