Rubber policy for smallholder farmer livelihood in Laos 2016.

The aims of this synthesis report are to review and analyze a member of publications on rubber production in Laos, existing rubber policies, strategies of Lao government and it benefits for pro-poor and vulnerable groups. It also aims to summaries the driving forces behind current trends, draw conclusions and make policy recommendations towards building a sustainable pro-poor rubber industry in Lao PDR.
