This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Meng Da Footwear Industrial Co., Ltd. (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Meng Da Footwear Industrial Co., Ltd. (employee). According to the award, 4 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the employer does not deduct bonuses from workers if they do not work overtime; 2) the employer adds bonuses during overtime calculation; 3) the employer establishes a baby care center; and 4) the employer offers a yearly $50 bonus for workers who work a full year. The outcome of the arbitral award was that both parties agreed to withdraw issue 1. The Council rejected it, considering the other demands. This was a non-binding award.
