Instruction on the Management and Use of Weapons in Protected Areas
This instruction is established to effectively control ammunition in natural protected areas in accordance with the Law on Protected Areas, the Law on the Management and Control of Weapon, Explosive and Ammunition, and the Criminal Code, by including 11 commandments. Provincial Departments of Environment are effectively and responsibly implemented. In the event of contrary to the instructions and regulations, the officer having the right to use the weapon shall be responsible to the law in force.
