The campaign has three main objectives:

To ensure that all Cambodians participate responsibly in the implementation of preventive measures to protect themselves from COVID-19,
To ensure private institutions are responsible for implementing NPIs (safe services and safe workplaces), and
To ensure local authorities increase their responsibility for promoting community involvement in monitoring and implementing health measures and other interventions in the community effectively.
