Instruction on 18 on promoting the well-being lifestyles of workers at enterprises and establishments

The core objective of this instruction is to promote the well-being of workers against non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and chronic respiratory diseases. The key goal is to mandate measures to be implemented by both enterprise owners/directors and the workers themselves. These measures include providing basic medical examination and treatment services at the workplace, educating workers on necessary well-being lifestyles, strictly prohibiting alcoholic beverages during work hours, and encouraging workers to adopt healthy diets, engage in physical activity, and avoid tobacco/hazardous alcohol use.
