Prakas on the implementation of the postal code

The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications announces the implementation of postal codes for determining postal areas of capitals, provinces, municipalities, districts, Khans, communes, and Sangkats in the Kingdom of Cambodia, as attached in the appendix of this Prakas.
