Sub-decree No. 148 on the reclassification of state public property to the state private property

This sub-decree considers the construction site of the 700 MW coal-fired power plant of Cambodia International Investment Development Group (CIIDG) in Kampenh commune, Stung Hav district, Sihanoukville province as state private property. The total land size is 1,637,016 square meters (Plan A is 1,420,388 square meters, Plan C is 192,532 square meters and Plan D is 24,046 square meters). The total land size is 1,031,153 square meters as part of immovable property title No. Bm-0098 (PN 008571). The above land location is owned by Cambodia International Investment Development Group (CIIDG) with various taxes and duties borne by the state.
