Sub-decree No.247 on downsizing a total land area of 406.88 hectares in Keo Seima district, Mondulkiri province from Snoul Wildlife Sancuary, Seima Biodiversity Protected Area and land area of forest cover 2002 and reclassification as "State Private Land"; As well as downsizing from a land planned for social land concession for granting purpose to Pnong indigenous communal ownership of 1 community with 80 families

Land area of 406.88 hectare was given to Management Committee of State Land in Mondulkiri to manage and provide land as a Communal Ownership to 80 families of Pnong indigenous community who has occupied, used, and practically cultivated in Ou Rona village, Srae Khtum commune, Keo Seima district, Mondulkiri province following the coordination system of Project UTM Zone 48N Datum wgs 1984. But Annex of the geographic location map and coordination table were not attached in this sub-decree.
