Guideline on the preparation of performance reports of Commune/Sangkat administration 2023

The preparation of the report of the Commune / Sangkat Administration has the following objectives: -Record the progress and achievements that the Commune / Sangkat Administration has achieved in a specific time to strengthen the implementation of the roles and responsibilities of the Commune / Sangkat Administration. -Identify the challenges that arise in relation to the implementation of the roles and responsibilities of the Commune / Sangkat Administration in order to make suggestions and guidance in addressing those challenges, as well as to set the direction for implementation in a specific time frame. -Disseminate to the public the progress and achievements that the Commune / Sangkat Administration has achieved within a specific time frame in order to strengthen the accountability of the Commune / Sangkat Administration to the people.
