This report aims to illustrate the situation of freedom of expression in Cambodia. The authors identify patterns of violations of this important right and to provide specific recommendations to the Royal Government of Cambodia in order to improve the situation. Chapters include: legislative landscape; freedom of expression and ‘traditional media’, freedom of expression and ‘new media’, freedom of expression and civil society, and other restrictions.
