Viet Nam road traffic safety strategy 2010 and its proposal on future IRAP activities for Viet Nam

A presentation about Vietnam’s road safety strategy and future International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) activities in the country. The presenter describes the characteristics of road traffic accidents in Vietnam, outlines the strategy to reduce accidents, and describes a number of engineering problems contributing to accidents. They then introduce iRAP Vietnam and recommend future investment and iRAP activities.
