The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries grants Agro Star Investment Co. Ltd rights over the concession land with a size of 2,400 hectares, located at national road No. 6, in between Kilometer No.66 and No.73, in Cheung Prey district, Kampong Cham province. The concession land in subject is granted for plantations of cashew nuts and industrial or semi-industrial livestock farming, for a period of 70 years (January 1995-April 2065).

Party's obligation in the implementation of the project	• Rights and duties of Party A (MAFF): Intervention with other institutions to solve any incidents leading to the abuse of Party B (Comapny) rights, facilitation with other institutions for the import of the company's facilities and raw materials, mine clearing of the areas, and monitoring and evaluation on the contract implementation, environmental impact and production-related activities. • Rights and duties of Party B (Agro Star Investment Co. Ltd): Payment of the bank deposit for the contract implementation, and establishment of the technical studies on the land uses and master plan of the granted area withing a year. Payment on the fees of the concession land, and tax on land is relaxed for the first eight years.
