• Rights and duties of Party A (MAFF): Intervention with other institutions to solve any incidents leading to the abuse of Party B (Comapny) rights, facilitation with other institutions for the import of the company's facilities and raw materials, mine clearing of the areas, and monitoring and evaluation on the contract implementation, environmental impact and production-related activities. • Rights and duties of Party B (Agro Star Investment Co. Ltd): Payment of the bank deposit for the contract implementation, and establishment of the technical studies on the land uses and master plan of the granted area withing a year. Payment on the fees of the concession land, and tax on land is relaxed for the first eight years.

|Suspension and/or revocation or termination||
The contract can be terminated in the following cases: •Company's failure to comply with the terms of the contract, under article 5 clause No.3 within one year such as the establishment and submission of the research report and mater plan of the granted area as well as the activity program. •Transfer of the possession rights to relatives in case of the original owner's incapability, due to accidents or lose of the working capacity.
