Process Step The working paper containing the estimated investment and project percentages was downloaded from the ADBI website (http://www.adb.org/sites/default/files/publication/156103/adbi-wp248.pdf). Then copied and pasted the data for each Lower Mekong country from the columns "Investments as Percentage of Total: New Capacity" and "Total Investment per Year" to an Excel spreadsheet.
