This sub-decree was issued by the Royal Government of Cambodia with the decision of establishing the community area of Preah Sihanouk Ream national park occupying 667.96 hectares located in Ream commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province. Within this community area, there are 345.32 hectares located in the investment development project zone of Evergreen Success and Asia Resort Development Co., Ltd, and another 322.64 hectares located in the investment development project zone of Yee Jia Tourism Development Company LTD. This national park was granted to the citizens based on their actual occupation.
