Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction issued a proclamation on the modality and procedure of certifying, suspending and withdrawing surveying certificate with aims: (1) to ensure efficiency of planning of land management, urbanization and infrastructure development; (2) to ensure preciseness of the result of surveying and mapping; (3) to ensure efficiency of management of surveying and mapping; (4) to avoid publication and use of unauthorized maps and surveying data.
