Boeung Prek Tob freshwater conservation area occupying 34,666 square meters, located in the village 1, commune 2, Preah Sihanouk City, Preah Sihanouk province, has been undergone reclassification as the state private land and granted ownership to Oversea Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC) in exchange for the fund for road construction in the framework of city road development project of 34 lines in Preah Sihanouk province.
