This paper has utilized a customized framework to analyze CBT Partnerships in Lao PDR, resulting in a typology of their characteristics, an evaluation of theirenabling environment, success factors and constraints,followed by recommendations to overcome the bottlenecksand increase the reach and scope of such partnerships.
