Shwe Pyi Thar Gold Production & Refining Co., Ltd._Environmental Management Plan for Gold Mining Site: TPK-104

This is the revised EMP for the gold mining site: TPK-104 as per the ECD's comments on the first submitted EMP and it is for the second submission to ECD. The Project is located in Kwin Thone Se Village, Ohn Zone Village Tract, Thabeikkyin Township, Pyinoolwin District, Mandalay Region. The project area is 8.09 hectares and the EMP report aims to reduce the potential environmental and social impacts of the project.

Party's obligation in the implementation of the project

The Company is carrying out the environmental management and monitoring plans as described in this report to get the least adverse impacts due to the project. The Company also commits to follow the existing environmental laws and conditions in the exploration permit, and to submit the monitoring report to ECD once in every six months.
Environmental fund summary

The Company will use monthly 600,000 Myanmar Kyats for the environmental monitoring plan.
